General Specs
The Layer Flexx™ System can be installed as a Standard/Conventional or an Enriched System, and later converted to a Multi-tier Cage Free System by removing the partitions and doors, and adding the required enrichments.
Available with 2 and 3 tiers and various combinations of tiers between catwalks, depending on the needs. This system was designed with greater height for better ventilation and optimal bird behavior.
As a Cage Free System it includes round perches, private cushioned nests and exit ramps for ease of movement of the birds in and out of the system.
The System is fully-automatic, increasing efficiency and lowering labor costs. All power units are direct drive “coupled motors and gearboxes", without belts. This helps maintain production clean, while reducing maintenance, down time and cost.
The Layer Flexx™ Multi-tier Aviary is certifiable and offers respectable conditions for layers, while maintaining an efficient and profitable production!

Manure Collection

Manufactured with heavy galvanized steel and equipped with PVC manure collecting belts and 3HP gearmotors.

Available with elevation and de-elevation up to 30 degrees. It can be used in storage areas attached to the house or in a separate barn. Set up to meet specific needs.

With direct drive power units - coupled motor and gearbox without belt, requiring less maintenance and eliminating the need for belt changes.
